dbakers Sweet Studio is a local bakery based in Miami, Florida. We sell and fulfill orders exclusively within the Miami-Dade and Broward markets. Although our Site (dbakers.us) is accessible online, this policy applies to all visitors and customers.

Information we collect

Device information

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect information about the pages or products you view, which websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. • Metrobi — our delivery partner for some local deliveries. Order details (recipient name, delivery address, phone number) are shared with Metrobi solely to fulfill your delivery.

We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests such as subpoenas or court orders, or protect our rights, property, or safety.

Subscribers to the dbakers Sweet Studio SMS program may receive messages related to promotions, new products, special events, and relevant updates from dbakers.us.

• Cost: SMS messages are sent at no cost from dbakers Sweet Studio. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
• Frequency: Message frequency may vary. Subscribers may receive an average of two to three messages per week.
• Privacy: Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communication are used solely to deliver messages you've opted into. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Service: SMS services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery.

Opting out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
