💜 Order Cancellations
By canceling less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled pick-up or ship-out date, all payments made will be forfeited.
🚗 Pickup, Transport & Responsibility
All products become the responsibility of the customer once they leave our shop.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, setup, or at any time after pickup.
You will receive instructions on how to properly carry, transport, and store your cake at pickup.
Please keep in mind that cakes are very delicate, and damage may occur if not handled properly (including cracks, smudges, or melted frosting).
📦 Missed Pickups
If an order is not picked up, no refund will be issued.
If you wish to reschedule for a later date, a new order and payment will be required.
We are unable to resell any products that are not picked up by the customer.
🎂 Flavor & Texture Disclaimer
Cake flavor and texture are subjective.
Full refunds will not be granted due to flavor or texture concerns after the cake has been accepted and picked up.
🔍 Quality Concerns & Store Credit
You may qualify for a partial store credit if the product is returned and we determine that the flavor or texture does not meet our quality standards.
Products must be returned in a timely manner — preferably within 24 hours of pickup — and you must contact us promptly by phone or email to report the issue.
Quality assessments and store credit amounts are determined solely at the discretion of dbakers Sweet Studio.
⏰ Important Notes
We cannot issue refunds or credits for cakes that have been completely consumed.
Store credit eligibility and percentage depend on how quickly the product is returned, how much has been consumed, and our quality evaluation.
No store credits will be issued if we are not contacted within 48 hours of pickup.
